Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 30 days of Check-in:

If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your check-in date, the entire advance payment amount for the villa rental (made via EFT, wire transfer, credit card, or cash) will be forfeited. This is because the full payment serves as an advance payment to the villa owner. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before Check-in:

If you wish to cancel your reservation between 30 and 15 days before your check-in date, 50% of the remaining payment amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the check-in date or if no check-in occurs, resulting in no stay at the villa, the entire remaining payment amount will be charged.

Payment of the Entire Villa Rental to YourVilla:

If you choose to pay the entire villa rental amount to YourVilla (via EFT, wire transfer, credit card, or cash) from the moment of payment until 30 days before check-in, 35% of the paid amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation. The remaining 65% will be refunded to a provided bank account, with shipping costs deducted. If cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 67.5% of the paid amount will be forfeited, with the remaining 32.5% refunded to a provided bank account, deducting shipping costs. Since there is very little time left until the accommodation date, the possibility of renting to another customer is very low. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of check-in or if no check-in occurs, resulting in no stay at the villa, no portion of the paid amount will be refunded.

Cancellation by YourVilla:

In the event of cancellation of the villa reservation by YourVilla for any reason, you will be promptly notified. If an equivalent villa is available in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be offered to you. If you do not approve and the situation does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money paid will be refunded to you.

Failure to Pay Remaining Amount on Time:

If you fail to pay the remaining amount on time, YourVilla reserves the right to cancel the reservation, not refund the previously paid amount, and book another reservation for the villa.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or registered mail). Cancellations made via phone are not valid. Cancellations become effective upon receipt of written notice by YourVilla.
